Managing Director & CEO
R. Kannan is the founder promoter of AssessPeople(formerly Careersindia ) and brings with him over 13 years of experience in Human Resource Management and over 13 years of entrepreneurial experience. Kannan’s areas of expertise include Human Resource Management, Quantitative Approach to Social Sciences, Organisational Development and psychometric assessments.
An alumnus of XLRI (Batch of ’82), Kannan has worked in organisations like Blow Plast, Crompton Greaves, Hindustan Lever and the Murugappa Group in various positions in Human Resources. His last stint in HR was at the Murugappa Group where he worked as the General Manager HR and moved on to create his own space in Indian industry.Long before online workforce assessments entered the Indian scenario; Kannan envisaged its need and founded AssessPeople(formerly Careersindia ) in 1998, with a charter to provide best-in-class, workforce assessment services through the synergy of HR and psychology, in India and abroad, using the Internet as the medium of delivery. Over the years, with its ‘origin in India and global in vision' philosophy the company has grown from strength to strength and today holds a leadership position in the domain of workforce assessment services in India and is beginning to make forays into international markets as well.
In addition to his business activities, he founded and manages a not for profit organisation to help the visually challenged www.anuvikaz.org Apart from being an avid reader, writer and speaker, he has also authored a book ‘Taking Charge of your Career’ published by Penguin.
When not at work he enjoys music and reading.
Satish Salivati
Head- Service Delivery
Satish heads the Service Delivery team in AssessPeople(formerly Careersindia ). Satish started his career as a Management Trainee and has over 8 years cross-functional experience within the company. He has been an integral part of the growth story of the company and is today part of the core management team.
Satish’s areas of expertise include Human Resource Management, Use of psychometric tools and instruments, Evaluation, design and construction of tests, Client Service Delivery and Research and Analytics
Apart from being a Masters in Social Work, specializing in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations Satish is also a Certified Managerial competency Assessment Consultant and Trainer. He is instrumental in the design and construction of all tests at AssessPeople(formerly Careersindia ).
Satish brings with him a beautiful blend of authority and composure that constantly inspires his colleagues and team members.
When not at work he enjoys music, watching movies and cricket.
R. Ayyalusamy
Head-Technical Services
Ayyalu Ramadoss is the head of Technical Services at AssessPeople(formerly Careersindia ). Technology is the backbone for all solutions at AssessPeople(formerly Careersindia ) and so is Ayyalu. Given any idea or theory, Ayyalu and his team manages to work wonders with it.
He handles all aspects of Database Administration, Web server Administration
Web development tools; GUI tools and Web application development. He heads a team of “innovators” who work on state-of-the-art technologies to deliver best-in-class assessment services of AssessPeople(formerly Careersindia ) through the web.
A hands on professional, Ayyalu inspires his team and his colleagues to have a ‘Never say No’ attitude. A constant innovator, with a wonderful smile, Ayyalu also brings with him an excellent speed of delivery which constantly amazes all at AssessPeople(formerly Careersindia ).
He has a degree in mechanical engineering and a diploma in web technologies

Sajita Antony
Associate-Quality and Content Development
Sajita manages the Quality and Content team at AssessPeople(formerly Careersindia ). She brings with her over 10 years of experience in HR. Sajita started her career as a Management Trainee at AssessPeople(formerly Careersindia ) and has over 7 years of experience with the company. Her areas of specialization include Human Resource Management, Content Development and Management, Quality Assurance Process Management, Psychometric Test Design and Development.
Sajita is a graduate in Fine Arts from Stella Maris College, Chennai, with a Post Graduate in Human Resources Management from LIBA (Batch of ’96). As a passionate painter, she champions the fine art of blending creativity,efficiency and enthusiam to produce a heady blend of Quality across our processes and service offerings.
As a Management Trainee of the start up team at AssessPeople(formerly Careersindia ),she has grown along with the company to become the Quality champion who inculcates Quality and process excellence as a “way of life" across the organisation,
When not at work ,she enjoys homemaking and singing.
